Position Title: Facilities Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000-$40,000

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facility. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the facility while coordinating with a team of support and event staff. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

-Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
-Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
-Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services as needed.
-Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for facility maintenance.
-Oversee the upkeep of landscaping, parking areas, and exterior grounds.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
-Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
-Develop and manage the facilities budget, including tracking expenses and forecasting future needs.
-Collaborate with other departments to support facility needs for events and activities.
-Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures.
-Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

-Proven experience in facilities management or related role.
-Strong leadership and management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Experience with budgeting and financial management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
-Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
-Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
