Casper Community Photography
- Do you want to have a voice in Casper?
- Join the Youth Empowerment Council & David Street Station during the June 7th, 2018 Art Walk and present the community with your idea of what will improve Casper.
- Submit a photo of a problem within the community needing to be addressed in Casper and a written solution to the problem to the following website: click here
- Submissions must be in by May 24th, 2018
- Two Age Groups – 1st Group: 17 and under, 2nd Group: 18+
- 30 submissions from each age group will be voted on by the Youth Empowerment Council and will be presented at the Art Walk. A portfolio of all submissions will be presented to the City of Casper at a later date.
