Meet Whitney! Whitney was appointed the Executive Director of David Street Station in May 2024, when we transitioned to a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As a Casper native, this is where Whitney lives, works, and plays!
Whitney wanted to join the team at DSS because her family has come to enjoy so many events and always thought it would be great to be a part of it. It is the heart of downtown Casper, in the best part of our community and such a beautiful space in her eyes. As an event organizer herself with so many ties to the community, it seemed like a great fit for her! Her and her husband are avid concert goers and love live music, so she of course loves the concert series in the summer. In the words of Whitney, "having the ability to come together here at David Street Station, enjoy music right here in our "backyard", is a blessing."
In her free time, Whitney loves spending time with her husband Chris of 28 years, and two amazing adult children, Peyton and Carter. She loves to spend time on their patio at home, going to the park with their pup Layla, creating jewelry, going to garage sales with her sister, home decorating, and traveling to two of her favorite places: Red Rocks in Colorado and Hawaii. She finds joy in the little things such as collecting miniature items, laughing, and scaring people! Whitney is proud to say she works at David Street Station, and can't wait to see what more we are able to do to benefit our community!
