Partner In Progress Profiles: Donations Come in Different Forms Thanks to Stotz Equipment
Stotz Equipment has long been the premier dealer of John Deere equipment in Casper. “I was blown away with the variety of equipment Stotz offers,” explains Kevin Hawley, Executive Director of the Downtown Development Authority. Not only do they offer quality farming equipment, but they also supply top options for golf sports, light construction, and compact utility tractors.
Donations come in many forms, from monetary support and sponsorship to donating supplies and equipment. John Hornecker, Manager of Stotz Equipment, was excited at the opportunity to make a difference downtown. “I’ve seen the benefit of the revitalization of downtown with David Street Station and was excited to be in a position to help.
In partnership with the City of Casper One Cent Funding, Stotz Equipment has generously donated a new John Deere tractor along with rotary broom and snow removal attachments. From clearing off walkways at David Street Station to ADA ramps and crosswalks downtown, it will provide a much-needed service so the community can enjoy downtown Casper.
With a mission to be the best, the team at Stotz makes each customer’s experience their top priority. “We want to offer the best value and experience,” explains Hornecker. Behind each experience comes their passion for providing for the community. “We put about every ounce of profit we make a year back into the community,” Hornecker states. From supporting local 4H, FFA programs, and county fairs to partnering with the Natrona County School District to host career days and activities for young students, Stotz enjoys lending a helping hand. That includes generously donating equipment to David Street Station.
David Street Station is 100% privately funded. Generous donations from our Partners In Progress and Friends of the Station are an investment in the future of Downtown Casper. With a strong commitment to our community, we’re proud to have Stotz equipment as a Partner in Progress.
